Ordering publications is simple with our online bookstore. Just add the items you want to your basket and complete the online order form along with payment information and your order is sent directly to our Publications desk.

Allow 7-10 days for delivery of all purchases being shipped within the United States and 10-14 days for all other countries. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders being sent outside the U.S. (including Canada) must add $18 to the U.S. shipping and handling charge. Orders may be charged to Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Prepayment, including shipping and handling, is required on all orders.

For orders placed from a Virginia address, 5% sales tax is automatically added to your order.

All orders must be prepaid in U.S. dollars. Companies in Canada and Mexico may pay by credit card. Orders from any other country must be prepaid and checks must be issued through a bank with a U.S. branch. International orders must add $18 to the U.S. shipping and handling charge. Allow 10-14 days for delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product from NAIOP. Buyers may return merchandise in salable condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs unless NAIOP made an error. Any book that is defaced, damaged or marked by the purchaser will not be accepted. To return merchandise, indicate your reason on the packing slip and ship via a traceable method to:

Some NAIOP publications are valuable resources for the classroom and can be used as both supplementary and primary course texts. NAIOP will provide instructors with an examination copy of the book for possible classroom application. Instructors desiring such an examination copy are requested to provide NAIOP with the name of the school, course and estimated enrollment. This examination copy will be sent along with an invoice for the Non-member price. This charge will be canceled if an order is placed for 10 or more books within 30 days, thereby providing the instructor with a complimentary copy of the text. If the book is not adopted, the instructor must either send payment for the book or return the book to the NAIOP Publications Department.

In accordance with standard industry practices of discounting to libraries, NAIOP is pleased to provide a 40% discount off the Non-member price to all bookstores.
