What form of payment do you accept?
|
|
All items must be prepaid in U.S. currency by credit card
(Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check mailed in with your order made
payable to “NAIOP.” To pay by check, fill out the PDF
order form and send it to NAIOP with your check.

Can I pay using a purchase order?
|
|
All items must be prepaid.
|
|
|
Do NAIOP Members get a discount on publications?
|
|
NAIOP members automatically receive substantial discounts
off regular list prices on all publications. If you would like to join NAIOP,
complete the online application.
|
|
Do I pay a tax on the publications?
|
|
For orders placed from a Virginia address, 5% sales tax is
automatically added to your order.
|
|
How long does it take to get my order?
|
|
Please allow 7-10 days for order processing and delivery.
Delivery for all orders is dependent upon availability. Your order will not be
processed, if full payment is not received. If an item is not available at the
time you place an order, your credit card will not be charged until the item is
received.

How is my order shipped?
|
|
All orders within the U.S. are shipped Federal Express
ground, unless you specify another shipping method. Expedited shipping is
available for an additional charge. Overnight and 2-day orders placed after
3:30 p.m. (ET) will go out the next day. Orders being sent outside the U.S.
(including Canada) must add $18 to the U.S. shipping and handling charge. All
international orders will be shipped using Federal Express.

What is your return policy?
|
|
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product
you purchase from NAIOP. Buyers may return merchandise in salable condition
within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of purchase price. The purchaser
is responsible for the shipping costs unless NAIOP made an error. Any book that
is defaced, damaged or marked by the purchaser will not be accepted.
